Las Olas Estate Addition

Tasked with expanding a beautiful but space-constrained Las Olas property, our engineering and design teams collaborated to seamlessly add a full second story. The challenge was ensuring the new addition looked original to the home's coastal modern architecture. The 1,800 square foot expansion includes a luxurious new master suite, a secondary en-suite bedroom, and a private wraparound terrace offering unobstructed ocean views. Extensive structural reinforcement was performed to meet strict South Florida hurricane codes.
