Coral Ridge Complete Build

This project represents a total metamorphosis. We took a compartmentalized, dated 1960s ranch home in Coral Ridge and transformed it into a sprawling 4,200 square foot contemporary coastal estate. The interior was entirely gutted to create a massive, light-filled open floor plan. Floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass sliders blur the lines between indoor living and the newly designed resort-style backyard. Every system in the home—electrical, plumbing, HVAC—was modernized, resulting in a virtually brand new luxury residence.
